These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, programs, memberships, community spaces, assessments, coaching services, live sessions, digital resources, recordings and related offerings.
By registering for a program, purchasing a membership, accepting these Terms at checkout or accessing member services, you agree to comply with the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Visitors may browse publicly available information without purchasing or joining a membership.
2. Our Offerings

Where a specific program agreement contains additional terms, those terms will apply to that program, subject to applicable law.
Our services are intended for learning, leadership development and personal reflection. They are not substitutes for medical, mental health, legal or financial professional services.
3. Membership, Duration and Access
Membership is intended for the registered participant and is personal, non-transferable and non-shareable, except where a program expressly permits additional family members or participants.
For the Presence Progress Circle, any advertised lifetime membership refers to continuing access to the Foundation community and its included resources for as long as that membership offering is operated, subject to these Terms and applicable law. It is not a guarantee of access for the participant's biological lifetime, nor does it guarantee that individual facilitators, schedules, technology platforms or specific resources will remain unchanged forever.
We intend to provide continuity and reasonable notice of material changes wherever practicable. Any material reduction or discontinuation of purchased benefits will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
Flow Mastery Circle memberships and other fixed-duration offerings remain valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
Program benefits cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for other services without written approval.
4. Fees, Payments and Refunds
Program fees, applicable taxes, payment schedules and available benefits will be communicated before purchase.
Unless otherwise expressly specified, fees paid for memberships, coaching programs, digital learning offerings and live sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
Non-attendance, partial participation, change of personal circumstances or failure to use available resources does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including those arising from legally recognized service deficiencies, misrepresentation, non-delivery or other circumstances where a statutory remedy applies.
Any approved refund will be processed through an appropriate payment channel.
Third-party payment processors may have additional transaction-related terms.
5. Confidentiality — Our Fundamental Commitment
Trust is central to the Ease & Flow Dialogues experience.
Participants may discuss personal experiences, relationships, professional challenges, leadership situations, aspirations, setbacks, fears or other sensitive matters.
Our fundamental principle is:
The learning may leave the room. Another person's story, identity and personal information must not.
Every participant agrees to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of identifiable information shared by other members.
- Avoid disclosing personal stories, organizational situations, professional challenges or private reflections without the individual's explicit permission.
- Refrain from quoting, forwarding, reproducing or publicly discussing another member's sharing without permission.
- Avoid identifying another participant indirectly through descriptions, roles, organizations or circumstances.
- Respect confidentiality even after membership ends.
- Inform the Ease & Flow team promptly if a possible confidentiality breach comes to their attention.
Confidentiality obligations do not prevent disclosures required by law, valid legal process or appropriate action to address a serious and credible risk of harm.
While we establish and enforce confidentiality standards, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments involving independent participants.
6. Recordings, Screenshots and Private Conversations
Participants must not make unauthorized audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, transcripts or copies of live sessions, community interactions, private messages or other members' contributions.
Ease & Flow Dialogues may record selected educational sessions where appropriate advance notice and applicable permissions have been provided.
Where personal or sensitive sharing may occur, the facilitator may keep the session unrecorded, pause the recording or obtain appropriate consent before recording or retaining identifiable contributions.
Recordings containing identifiable participant contributions will not be used in public marketing without appropriate consent.
Authorized recordings remain restricted to the intended audience and may not be redistributed without written permission.
7. Community Code of Honour
Membership involves more than access to content. It involves responsibility for the quality of the space we create together.
Every member agrees to uphold the following Code of Honour.
Honesty over impression. Participate authentically without needing to create a particular image of yourself.
Evidence over explanation. Bring real examples, reflections and progress rather than relying only on intentions or justifications.
Practice over understanding. Use learning in everyday situations and remain willing to experiment.
Responsibility without self-blame. Take ownership of your choices and actions while respecting yourself and others.
Recovery over perfection. Accept that setbacks happen and return to your commitments without unnecessary self-judgment.
Confidentiality and respect. Protect people's identities, experiences, dignity and right to choose what they share.
Contribution without unsolicited fixing. Listen, ask and contribute thoughtfully without imposing advice or assuming responsibility for another person's decisions.
Participation in the community signifies a commitment to these principles.
8. Respectful Community Conduct
Members are expected to treat others with dignity irrespective of designation, professional background, gender, age, beliefs, circumstances or personal perspectives.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, humiliation or threats.
- Personal attacks, repeated disrespect or deliberate disruption.
- Sharing another member's personal information without authorization.
- Unsolicited commercial solicitation, recruitment or promotional messages.
- Using community relationships to pressure members into purchases, partnerships or personal commitments.
- Misusing member contact details obtained through the platform.
- Recording, distributing or commercially exploiting community discussions without permission.
Differences of opinion are welcome when expressed respectfully. No participant is required to agree with another person's perspective.
Members may raise concerns privately with the Ease & Flow team.
9. Personal Boundaries and Voluntary Sharing
Participants retain the choice of what they wish to share.
No member is required to disclose personal history, financial circumstances, health information, workplace conflicts, relationships or other sensitive details to demonstrate commitment.
Members may decline to answer a question or participate in a particular reflective exercise.
Facilitators may establish additional boundaries where necessary to protect participants and preserve the purpose of a session.
10. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
Unless otherwise stated, the original Ease & Flow Dialogues™ and Connect Quotient learning materials, proprietary frameworks, recordings, written resources, visual content, exercises and associated intellectual property belong to the respective rights holders.
Participants receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use included materials for their learning and development.
Members are encouraged to apply the principles, insights and practices in their personal and professional lives.
However, participants must not, without written permission:
- Resell or distribute proprietary course materials.
- Share paid content with unauthorized persons.
- Upload confidential or paid resources to external AI systems, public repositories or content-sharing platforms.
- Repackage proprietary materials as their own training products.
- Commercially reproduce or deliver substantial portions of our proprietary programs.
- Use our branding in a manner that implies endorsement, certification or affiliation without authorization.
These restrictions do not prohibit lawful use of independently developed knowledge or information that is not protected intellectual property.
11. Account Security and Unauthorized Access
Members must protect their credentials, access links and account information.
Unauthorized password sharing, account transfers, access resale, recording distribution or attempts to bypass platform access controls are prohibited.
Suspected account compromise should be reported promptly.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the community, including verification, temporary restriction or termination of access, subject to applicable law.
12. Individual Coaching and Professional Boundaries
Where individual coaching forms part of a program, session frequency, scheduling, duration, cancellation requirements and coaching boundaries will be communicated separately.
Coaching is a developmental partnership rather than medical or psychological treatment.
Participants remain responsible for their decisions and actions.
Individual coaching conversations will be handled confidentially, subject to relevant agreements and legal or safety obligations.
13. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Ease & Flow Dialogues provides opportunities for learning, reflection, practice and development.
Individual results depend on several factors, including personal context, application and circumstances.
We do not guarantee any particular promotion, financial improvement, career outcome, business result, relationship outcome or emotional state.
Any testimonials or examples illustrate individual experiences and should not be interpreted as universal guarantees.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Services
We may use third-party providers for hosting, registrations, community participation, payments, video meetings, assessments and communication.
These may include TagMango and other service providers used in our delivery.
Participants may also be subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
We will take reasonable steps to address service interruptions and support continuity. Responsibility for failures or losses will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances involved.
15. Suspension, Moderation and Termination
We may investigate reported misconduct or suspected breaches of these Terms.
Depending on the seriousness of the matter, reasonable actions may include a warning, content removal, temporary restriction, suspension or termination of membership.
Serious confidentiality breaches, harassment, unauthorized redistribution of content or deliberate misuse of access may justify immediate protective action.
Where appropriate and feasible, affected members will be given an opportunity to respond.
Refund consequences will be determined under the relevant commercial terms and applicable law.
16. Changes to Programs and Services
We may make reasonable operational improvements, reschedule sessions, update learning materials, change facilitators or migrate services to different technology platforms.
We will aim to preserve the substantive value of purchased programs and communicate material changes appropriately.
Changes to these Terms will be communicated or published with an updated effective date. Material changes will not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights.
17. Liability and Applicable Rights
Participants acknowledge that coaching and reflective learning may involve discussion of challenging situations and personal decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ease & Flow Dialogues and its operator will not be liable for losses arising solely from decisions independently made by participants or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts statutory consumer rights and remedies.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Participants are encouraged to raise concerns directly with us so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve them.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes will be subject to the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
