We use consent where required by applicable law and other legally permitted grounds where available.

Participation in a paid or free program does not automatically constitute permission to receive unrelated promotional communications.

5. Leadership Assessments and Personal Reflections

Our assessments, coaching exercises and reflection tools may involve information about personal experiences, professional challenges, aspirations, patterns, reactions and perceived strengths.

Such information is collected for reflective learning, coaching-related support and the specific purposes communicated when the information is requested.

Assessment results are not intended as clinical diagnoses or formal psychological evaluations.

We will not disclose identifiable assessment responses or personal reflections to employers, colleagues, other community members or unrelated third parties without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.

Where an organization sponsors participation, any reporting arrangements involving individual information should be clearly communicated to the participant.

Aggregated or appropriately anonymized insights may be used for learning and program improvement.

6. Confidentiality Within the Community

Confidentiality is one of our core community commitments.

Members may share professional situations, personal dilemmas, workplace challenges, relationships or experiences during live sessions and community discussions.

We expect members to respect the privacy and dignity of other participants.

Our principle: The learning may travel with you. Another person's identity, story and private details must not.

Members must not record, publish, circulate, quote or disclose another participant's identifiable sharing without permission.

However, group conversations involve multiple independent participants. While we establish confidentiality rules and take reasonable action against violations, we cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.

We encourage members to exercise discretion when sharing highly sensitive information.

7. Who Can See Community Information

When you join our community, some information may be visible to other authorized participants.

Depending on the platform settings, this may include your name, profile photograph, designation, introduction, community posts, comments and contributions to shared discussions.

Private coaching information and individual assessment responses are not intended for general community visibility unless you choose to share them.

Please review what you post and avoid sharing information you do not wish other members to see.

Other members must comply with our confidentiality and community guidelines.

8. Session Recordings and Consent

Certain educational webinars, workshops and learning sessions may be recorded for replay, program continuity or authorized member access.

We will provide appropriate notice when a session is intended to be recorded.

Where identifiable participant contributions are captured, appropriate permissions and safeguards will be applied.

Sensitive personal-sharing sessions may remain unrecorded, or recording may be paused or limited where appropriate.

Participants may choose not to speak on camera or disclose personal details in recorded sessions. Where participation requires identifiable recording, this should be clearly communicated in advance.

Public use of identifiable video, audio, personal stories or other contributions for promotional purposes requires appropriate authorization.

Recordings will not be treated as unrestricted public content merely because a participant attended a session.

9. Payment and Billing Information

Payments may be processed through TagMango, payment gateways or other authorized service providers.

We may receive transaction details, payment status, amounts, invoices and other billing information necessary for program administration and statutory compliance.

Sensitive payment authentication details are normally processed by the relevant payment service provider.

We encourage participants to review the privacy and security practices of the payment provider used at checkout.

We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable personal stories, photographs, videos, designations or organizational details in our marketing.

Permission for public promotional use is distinct from permission to participate in a program.

  • Consent and the ongoing necessity of particular information.

When information is no longer required, we will take appropriate steps to delete, de-identify or otherwise handle it securely, subject to applicable law.

Some information may remain in authorized backups for limited periods before deletion through established processes.

17. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request:
